4-H is a coeducational youth group similar to boy scouts or girl scouts but with an agricultural focus. Sponsored by the USDA, youth learn leadership skills and the confidence to succeed while engaging in hands-on, educational activities.

4-H groups cover a wide variety of projects including gardening, bee keeping, dairy cattle, equestrianism, sheep, poultry, shooting sports, culinary arts, vet science, swine, nutrition, and so much more.
