We’re so excited that you’re interested in applying for a position on the For the Kids (FTK) Committee!
Our student organization is responsible for many annual events on the Middlebury College campus, including the FTK Benefit Concert, and the PantherThon. Each event raises funds and awareness for the UVM Children’s Hospital, our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. By joining the FTK Committee, you’ll have the opportunity to plan, organize, and execute our annual events, collaborate with the UVM Children’s Hospital, and meet and support some of the Champion Children from the hospital!

Leadership positions are typically awarded on a yearly basis (i.e. an individual will maintain their role for the entire academic year), but exceptions will be made for students who study abroad, take a leave from Middlebury, or for other extenuating circumstances.
The current co-Presidents of FTK and our hospital representative will review all applications and reward positions based on 1) indicated position preferences, 2) time dedication, 3) skills, and 4) committee needs. It is important to note that you are not guaranteed the position for which you apply. Under some circumstances, a position may be rewarded and shared by one or more people.
