Beyond the Vagina [Monologues] 2020
Welcome friends!

We are so thrilled that you are checking out Beyond the Vagina [Monologues] 2020! Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned regular, we cannot wait for you to share in this experience with us.

The Vagina Monologues experienced a long hiatus at Middlebury, rekindled in 2014 by a group of committed, critical womxn who wanted to create safe, creative communities to talk about womanhood and sexuality and vaginas but who recognized our community's need for a show that extended beyond Eve Ensler's original premises. What has followed since has been an iterative, regenerative process, with the original Vagina Monologues morphing and evolving into Beyond the Vagina [Monologues], a show that we hope is more inclusive, critical, and representative of and relevant to our community.

This year, we're returning to the festival format, which means we'll put up the entire show in just one weekend! We'll get started the evening of Thursday Feb 20th and perform Saturday Feb 22nd!

We're calling all ACTORS, DIRECTORS, WRITERS, VISUAL ARTISTS, DANCERS, MUSIC MAKERS, DESIGNERS, and general badass folx and creatives from all (socially constructed) genders, races, nations, sexualities, and abilities to JOIN US! (no auditions or anything, just sign up below and let us know how you want to be involved!)

We just wanna spend a weekend making art out of femininity, vaginas, sexuality, politics, and so much more! Will it be chaotic? Definitely. Will it be feminist? You can be damned-well sure. Will it be fun? Eff yes!

FEBRUARY 20-22, 2020
NO AUDITIONS, ALL GENDERS/SEXUALITIES WELCOME
**REGISTER BEFORE THURSDAY 2/13**
