WRMC Digitization Form
WRMC goes digital! A group effort is needed to ensure that our library is preserved before our beloved CDs get chucked in a dumpster.  Each radio show is required to digitize 4 CDs a week.  Repeated failure to do so will result in consequences including the loss of your radio show. Do not bother digitizing anything below a C- unless the artist has released other albums worth listening to, you strongly disagree with the grade, or you deem the album absolutely necessary to digitally preserve.  Please use correct spelling and capitalization.

ARTIST/BAND NAME *
include "the" before band name if applicable
ALBUM TITLE *
YEAR OF RELEASE *
BEST TRACKS *
if none write "n/a". separate tracks with " ; " + one space after the semi-colon. no commas.  i.e. "8; 1; 3; 7" record circled (ie. best) tracks first
FCC Warning *
write "clean" if all clean, write "unknown" if unknown/unmarked, separate profane tracks with " ; " semi-colons not commas.  i.e. "2; 5; 9"
GENRE *
these are meant to be BROAD CATEGORIES to aid in general organization. choose the one that most closely resembles the marked letter in the genre category or the album's description. if genre is unknown/unmarked search artist on last.fm. only choose OTHER if absolutely necessary.
GRADE *
letter grades only.  record slash grades if applicable. ie. "B/B+"
