Growing Resilience Workshop Series Post-Survey
Please complete the following survey after the last workshop in the Growing Resilience series for Spring 2017. The information you provide is confidential; it will not be associated with your name or Middlebury email address. There are no right or wrong answers - just what's true for you at the time you take the survey.

The information will be used to help the facilitator make changes to the series and tailor content to meet the needs of the group. It will also help us track any changes that occur during the series itself. Please contact Barbara McCall at healthandwellnessed@middlebury.edu with any questions or concerns. If you or someone you know is in need of resources or assistance, please use the resources listed on the bathroom posters, including calling Parton after hours at 802.443.5141 and pressing 1 to be connected to a counselor.
