Plan for upcoming atrium displays1Katrina Plan thematic, seasonal and potentially interactive book displays for the coming year. Pick a theme, select, crowdsource and document books and other library materials to be used, reserve library space and props, create an attractive and appropriate banner and/or promotional materials, develop an engaging and explanatory blog post and plan multiple, specific ways to advertise the displays within and beyond the library. Work with Katrina and/or Brenda, TBD. Each display takes about 20 hours.1-3 hours, plus feedback and review of initial work and conversation about how to mindfully incorporate diversity. Archival photography master list1DanielleCreate a searchable master list of SC photos by compiling all individual word docs into a single excel spread sheet. Project will require populating a specifically designed excel spreadsheet with the information contained in separate word docs. Vast cutting and pasting and new insights into our collection of historic photograph collections.1-2 hours, very manageable.

Copyedit and spellcheck archival descriptions in A-Space1KaitlinRead the introductions in our archival platform (ArchivesSpace) and find typos.
