MiddCORE Workshop Sign-up | Discovering How we Define Ourselves: A work shop Co-Sponsored by Chellis House  | Oct. 16 | 8:30-9:30pm
Ashoka Fellow Kathryn Hall-Trujillo founded the Birthing Project USA, an organization that works to improve birth outcomes for women of color in America by giving them the extended family and community support that only a “sisterfriend” can provide.  Ms. Hall-Trujillo has over thirty years of experience as a public health administrator, community health educator and advocate in the public and private sectors. Her experience in understanding, translating and bridging policy, administration, services delivery and client cultures have earned her national and international recognition. Join Kathryn in an intensive, hands on workshop on discovering how we define ourselves.  This workshop, titled "Whispers, Dreams, and Blessings" will involve movement and personal reflection.  Space is limited to 25 people.
