OUR MISSION
We work towards bridging the prohibitive gap of resources, networks, and opportunities by equipping them with the tools necessary to make their dreamed ventures a reality. Our initiatives foster welcoming spaces for Tibetan youth to connect with their identity, engage with their community, and ultimately feel supported navigating life in diaspora.

Rokpa believes that every Tibetan is capable of excelling in diaspora — we believe that every Tibetan has the potential to create history for our community and thereby advance our cause. Therefore, Rokpa aims to empower Tibetan youth in exile.

Rokpa scholars program
We provide resources to high school students who want to learn more about the college application process. Workshops and webinars are designed by our mentorship team which are tailored to benefit high school seniors. These are available to all high school students!
Additionally, we provide a one-on-one mentorship program where we match dedicated rising high school seniors with accomplished Tibetan college students. High school students need to apply in order to get paired with a mentor. College students are highly encouraged to apply as mentors as well. We provide resources and guides for both mentors and mentees throughout the program. Click on the image to apply to be a mentor!
