Mindfulness & meditation is a four-session introduction to mindfulness course designed to meet the needs of college students. Learn and practice new meditations each week while practicing mindfulness outside the sessions with the use of an app.
The four sessions are designed to help you learn mindfulness through the practice of specific skills that calm and focus your mind; and through the practice of meditation. If you are feeling pressured and stressed, or just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich your life, these classes are for you!
This will be offered to MIIS & Midd students virtually on Monday's 4/1, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29 (no 4/8) from 12:00pm-1:15pm PST, 3:00pm-4:15pm EST over zoom. Email Karly Beavers at kbeavers@middlebury.edu for any questions.
