Rush & Recruitment Social Chair (x1)
Organize, budget for, and oversee the running of all rush and pledge events each semester.
Organize all membership invitations, keep track of attendance (which includes organizing individual/group points that will determine prize & class presidents), organizes class picture.
Plans with Event Coordinator to book spaces, posters (advertising) one week in advance.

Community Service Chair (x2)
Community Impact and Engagement, volunteering (at minimum 2 events per semester)

Philanthropy Chair (x1)
Fundraise for money that will help sponsor personal PALANA merch.
Reach out to Alumni of PALANA.
Research outside scholarships that may provide funding.

Event coordinator (x2)
Book spaces.
Make posters and upload on to our socials (Facebook, IG, website).
Closely work with Social and Pledge heads.
Organize Community dinners.
Setup and cleanup committees.

**Since this is our first year, we are taking applications. In the future, we hope to hold elections to decide chair members in the future.**
