Printed Directory Survey

Each year Middlebury distributes a print version of the faculty and staff directory.  The deadline for updating your contact information in Banner as well as setting your preferences for what information about you will be included in the printed directory is September 10.  To help us gauge demand for the print directory so that we don’t print too many copies, and to help tell us what features you would like to see in the online and print directories in future years, we have prepared a short (6 question) survey.  It will only take a minute and will help us improve both directories and cut down on waste.  Below is the link to the survey, it also must be completed by September 10.  We expect to begin distributing the print directory by mid-October.
