"Seeding Transformation" Agroecology Forum @ UVM - Middlebury College Sign-Up Form (Sep 18, 1:00pm-7:00pm)
Students interested in attending this global convening to discuss agroecology, global food system transformation, climate activism, and more... PLEASE sign up! This is an exciting opportunity to connect with scholar-activist and agroecologists from around the globe, and dive into the global movement for food sovereignty and an agroecological future!

Please Sign Up By: Please sign up by Wednesday, September 13 at 5:00PM. By signing up, we will purchase a seat for you at the conference (all of which will be donated to the NOFA-VT Farmer Emergency Fund). Tickets are on a sliding scale of $0-50. We will be paying at the $50 rate. With that said, we hope that in signing up you honor your commitment to attend!

WHEN: Monday September 18 from 1:00PM - 5:45PM, followed by reception (with food and beverage) from 6:00PM - 7:30PM. 

***We will depart Middlebury at 11:30AM from ADK Circle to give us sufficient time to find parking, walk over to the Davis Center, and find seats. We expect to leave UVM at 7:00PM, returning to Middlebury around 8:00PM

WHERE: Davis Center at University of Vermont (address: 590 Main St, Burlington, VT 05401)

WHAT: Seeding Transformation will convene international scholars, activists, organizers and partners from Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, North America, Europe, and other regions of the world. This public half-day conference will explore agroecology as a transformative solution to regenerate the environment, cool the planet, and provide good, healthy food for all. We will also explore new approaches to scaling the practice and use of agroecology in the US and worldwide. The event will be preceded by a smaller pre-conference workshop in the morning, and will be followed by a reception to celebrate the launch of the UVM Institute for Agroecology.
