After 3:00 PM Dahlak arrives on his own; checks in at the Middlebury Inn. Welcome!
5:31 PM Khalil arrives at BTV on US 3782. Will proceed to Rahleek & Daveed's gate at 6:30.
6:37 PM Rahleek, and Daveed arrive at BTV on UA 4892. Jessica's Vital Transit will collect all 3 artists at their gate for transport to Middlebury.
7:09 PM MIchael and Dion arrive at BTV on DL 5178. Jessica's Vital Transit will collect at the gate for transport to Middlebury.
8:17 PM Haldun arrives on Amtrak ESX. Jessica's Vital Transit will collect for transport to Middlebury.

MONDAY

4:00 PM Allison will collect artists at Inn for transport to workshop
4:30-6:00 PM Hip Hop Music and Movement Workshop (aka Movement 101/History of Hip Hop). Participants get physical while deconstructing the celebrated beginnings of hip-hop as it related to culture, survival, creativity, and lyrical penmanship. Limited space available to Middlebury College students. (Proctor Basement)

TUESDAY

SEPTEMBER 17

Addison Parent/Child Ctr. (aka WBF Peices/Fatherhood). Company performing excerpts of the piece, and then holding a structured discussion around the topics of parenthood, race, gender, and society with local teen parents. (Town Hall Theatre. Walkable from Inn. Space open at 12PM)

4:30-6:00 PM

Spoken Word, Spoken True (aka Spoken Word 101). Participants are lead through creative writing exercises to develop their own spoken word artistry and style. Limited space available to Middlebury College students, plus interested community members, space permitting. (MCA room 221)

In this master class with Prof. Christal Brown's DANC0260 class, participants will develop the language and artistry needed to create an original movement together. Visitors welcome, and theatre students strongly encouraged to participate. (MCA Room 110)

9:00-11:00PM Verbal Onslaught: Middlebury’s own spoken word open mic night. Shy and outspoken poets, good listeners, loud hand-clappers and finger-snappers, writers, and artists are more than welcome. Student MC= Debanjan Roychoudhury. Table is reserved for the company. (51 Main St. - Walkable form Inn)
